How to Nominate Someone for an Award
Everyday Hero Award
Help us recognize these unsung heroes by nominating him/her for the EVERYDAY HERO AWARD. The Award(s) are given out and the United Way's Celebration of Hero's each year.
The United Way accepts nominations on the nomination form in two categories - Adult and Youth (ages 6-18). The deadline for submission is April 1 of each year.
Nomination form must be completed in full and no other supplemental information or additional sheets will be accepted.
A Heroes Advisory committee of community members select the award winners.
